Its rich analysis of survey data using state-of-the-art surveying and dashboard reporting software allows for performance-improvement solutions, evidence-based marketing insights, and customer experience management consulting. A large website in terms of content and number of unique page styles, navigation was made simple for the user with expanded drop downs, breadcrumbs and clear navigation strategy.
Working with knowledge marketing firm Brainrider, Cactus developed the new Empathica corporate website. A streamlined, customer needs-driven design incorporating the WordPress CMS. The website delivered a high quality customer experience that was leveraged with Marketing Automation integration with Eloqua.
